Self Love Book Club & Group Coaching

So many of you have reached out to me asking questions about how I have achieved the self-confidence and body love I have. And truthfully, it isn’t a simple answer.

It is something that takes work and dedication, but I can promise you, it is SO DAMN WORTH IT when you do!

I want to introduce to you my new program:

The Self-Love Book Club coupled with group coaching from ME!

To start, we will be reading the Body is Not an Apology by Sonya Renee Taylor. So how does this program work exactly?

This is a 6-week VIRTUAL/ONLINE VIA ZOOM book club/group coaching program that will help lay the foundations for you to make impactful change in your self-love journey to help you grow into the beautiful and empowered person you were always meant to be.

We get started May 5, with our orientation meeting and then dive into the book with our first group coaching session on May 12. This program runs through June 9. Group coaching sessions are held weekly on Thursday evenings at 7 PM. They are recorded and sent out after the session in case you have to miss a session.

What you get:

  • 5, weekly 2-hour group coaching sessions with me

  • A physical copy of The Your Body is Not an Apology book

  • A physical copy of Your Body is Not an Apology Workbook for you to use throughout the program
